Tasked to turn a stagnant Coca-Cola into a major force (again) for Malaysia and Singapore markets. Delivering creativity as much as effectiveness. Co-lead the creative team from concept to completion and also collaborate with strategy, media, account and business development teams to expand and develop new business opportunities within the account. Shouldering the responsible throughout the process including design, art direction and production. Most of the campaigns are complete IMC cutting across the line of traditional & digital advertising, promo & activation and shopper marketing.
One of the more rewarding moment was to lead the team through hardship on the critically & commercially acclaimed Coca-Cola Manglish cans (codename: Drinkable Hashtags) campaign that went on to capture the heart of Malaysian youths and also a Gold EFFIE.

After three years of honing his design & visualisation abilities with BAT account, he decided step out and up to do more, under the guidance of a few great people, he took up a challenge to win an account for the agency in order to move on to the newly won Coca-Cola account. The rest as they say is history. What came after were time spent conceptualize, ideate and produce amazing campaign after campaign for Coca-Cola Malaysia and Singapore.
In between the fizz and happiness, he was also fortunate enough to grab the highest honour in 'Rebel' category for the night at Kancil 2012 and a Malaysia EFFIE Gold with SHOE DATING; the 'Promo & Activation' campaign also garnered worldwide attention through BBC news, Huffington Post, New York Fashion, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan to name a few.
Other clients: Minute Maid Pulpy, Emery Oleochemicals, Kraft, Castrol (Trade, Internal and Shopper Marketing) and some pitches in between.

Art director for BAT ASPAC Hub. Spent half of his time dealing with legal issues, and pack-insert obsessed clients while hopping around regulations, finding loopholes and cracking new/ innovative ways to advertise for brands that don’t allow mainstream advertising. Another half embracing pitches upon pitches bestowed upon him.

Spent close to 3 years at this agency which they grew together during their time. This was the place that nurtured him into what he is today, having joined them as Senior Designer, he was given the time to learn, to understand and to master. Before he left, he was a Senior Art Director who was leading albeit a small team of designers and art directors. Worked on accounts such as Malayan Banking Berhad, Prudential, CIMB, American Express, Euromobil and Singapore Sentosa Island.
